Who are We?
We are a group of residents from Waverly and Ednor Gardens that have joined together to advocate for and bring together our community. The Greater Waverly Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Our Mission!
Baltimore is rich in history and culture but it lacks adequate access to the outdoors. It is our mission to make sure that your neighborhood provides a clean and safe outdoor area for you, your family and your pets.
